15 minute phone call or gym walk through, to decide if Stone Age is the right fit for you. From this talk, you’ll book your free intro with a coach.

After your Consultation, you will then enroll into our Fundamentals Program. This program is designed to instill competency in the numerous movements utilized in our training and ensure you can safely join the group classes.

This is for someone with at least 6 months or more of consistent training in the functional fitness space. Some familiarity with weight training is expected.

(No 6:30 pm class on Friday)

(Open Gym, TEAM workout @ 9am)
