Kids Classes

(done in 8-12 week sessions and subject to Coach availability)

Once upon a time, I was just a newly married guy and found a world of functional fitness. It wasn’t long until we had child #1 (Nora) and I knew this was a world I wanted my kids, and others to be brought up in. Strength, endurance, confidence, and positivity were the hallmarks of this community. Perfect for anyone of any age, and a great way to be brought up. This program is an introduction to fitness through game-based programming by Coach (wife) Joey Kelly. Her classes burst at the seams, not just with numbers, but with smiles, laughter, and fun!! Who knew hard work can be fun too??!!

Teens Classes (330-430pm M-Th, subject to change during the summer)

This program is headed up by the Queen Bee herself Coach Sarah Benner. One of the founding members when we were in a garage in 2013, she has taken her passion for fitness and not just become the gym’s head coach but she’s also applied it to the group aged 13-17. We’ve seen some remarkable results over the years from some in this group, which for me, could be the most rewarding. Most older people today are playing catch-up with their health. These kids get the opportunity to know all the things we know now, but in 8th grade. Truly powerful stuff.

CLASSES FORMATTED

The Daily Grind

Our main class offering is essentially interval training in a group setting, designed to improve overall health, strength, and performance, but there’s so much more than that. It starts off with a warm welcome from the coach. Newbies will be introduced, people will chat while they stretch out and get situated. From there the coach will explain the CONTEXT of the day’s workout. All workouts are hard, but they’re not all created equal. They all are meant to deliver a particular stimulus, understanding this is critical.

LET’S TAKE SOME ME TIME

Open Gym

We realize that there's no program that suits EVERYONE, at least not forever. In time, you will develop new goals as your fitness, strength and skills progress. That's why we have an Open Gym slot for every class time. Sometimes it's good to be off the clock. Or maybe you just want to move at your own pace, or train longer or lift more. We have what you need.

WE ALSO OFFER

Barbell Club

This is our Weightlifting group that mainly focuses on the Olympic lifts and Powerlifting. Headed by Alex Arquilla of Sayre Park and local lifting celebrity and 2x Olympian Jeff Michels. You might be surprised to see how many women comprise the group!! If you're going to lift weight, this is the gym to be in. Pick their brains and get on the platform.

Monday-Friday: 5:00-7:00 am, 9:00-11:00 am, & 3:30-7:30 pm

(No 6:30 pm class on Friday)

Saturday: 8:00-11:00 am

(Open Gym, TEAM workout @ 9am)

Sunday: 9:00-11:00 am (Open Gym)
