Can I go straight into group classes?
Not likely. It’s critical we learn about you and your abilities before you get there. Safety first!! Book a consultation.
How much does it cost?
We have many options available. Book a consultation to go over your options.
Do you have open gym time?
Everyday. Even during class times, provided you don’t disrupt the class. Some rules apply.
How did you guys all get to be so awesome??!!
We weren’t always. It takes a lot of time and effort.
I’m a mediocre athlete. Will this work for me?
You’ll get more out of this than the best athletes!!
I’m not in shape. What should I do before I start?
Nothing! Get in here already. We will take care of you. Book the consultation.
What if I can’t do the workout as it’s written?
Who cares? Our pro coaches will find a version you can do safely and get everything out of it. No worries.
My little crumb snatching kid is really messing up my training. Can I bring them?
Miss Kathi will watch your little one in our Kid’s Club, while you get after it. And it’s free!! Some rules apply.
Were you really struck by lightning?
Yes, but I don’t see what that has to do with a gym membership.

Monday-Friday: 5:00-7:00 am, 9:00-11:00 am, & 3:30-7:30 pm
(No 6:30 pm class on Friday)
Saturday: 8:00-11:00 am
(Open Gym, TEAM workout @ 9am)
Sunday: 9:00-11:00 am (Open Gym)
